• Incorrect Item: If you  receive an item that is not what you ordered, please inform us within 30 days of delivery with a photos of the wrong product. We will provide a return shipping label. Once it is tracking, we will ship a replacement product immediately.

Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at s[email protected] with photos attached. We will then process the exchange free of charge.

Order Cancellation: If you desire to cancel an order before it is shipped, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

Change of Mind: Within 7 days of delivery, you have the option to return the item if you change your mind. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please be aware that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Defects from Manufacturing or Damaged After Use: If you encounter any manufacturing defects or your product breaks down due to a manufacturing issue within our warranty period, please contact us by mail [email protected]. Our standard warranty period is 3 months from the delivery date.

Warranty Details: For products covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item, depending on the nature of the defect. For more information, do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Procedure to Place a Return or Exchange:
